Before you start you will need:
The recipient’s name.
The recipient’s email address or mobile phone number.
Security questions:
Each time you send an INTERAC® e-Transfer, you need to create a security question and answer combination.
The question and answer should be unique, however, the answer should not include spaces or symbols.
The sender needs to communicate the answer to the recipient but should never be included in the body of the INTERAC® e-Transfer.
